Jennifer Fader, RP (Qualifying)
WHO I AM
hi, I'm Jennifer
I’m Jennifer Fader, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist. I work with people who are ready to explore who they are, reconnect with themselves, and navigate meaningful change. My approach is non-pathologizing, which means I don’t see you as a problem to be fixed, but as deeply human with experiences that hold meaning. I view the ways you’ve coped—not as flaws—but as creative adaptations that helped you navigate life’s challenges.
I blend brain-based nervous system approaches with talk therapy and creative methods to find what works best for you. Together, we’ll approach these parts of you with curiosity and care, understanding where they came from and gently creating space for new ways of being. My work is guided by an insatiable curiosity and a deep love for life’s big questions—like who we are, why we’re here, and what makes life meaningful.
